Entendido 1852/5000 The evaporative humidification system allows the application of paints in optimal conditions of relative humidity (60-70%). This requirement is required only in very specific sectors such as aeronautics, painted plastics, or in those where the quality of the finish prevails. Two humidification systems can be considered: evaporative panels also called adiabatic or autonomous steam humidifier. In the case of evaporative panels, the air passes through the cassette and when the water contained inside evaporates, there is a slight decrease in temperature and an increase in water vapor content. One of its main advantages is its low electricity consumption. The steam humidifier provides a quick supply of mineral-free moisture. The evaporative system uses mains water recirculated through the tray, being its instantaneous stop as soon as the humidifier stops. The production capacity of this system is 5 to 90 kg / h of steam. Nominal output can be reduced by up to 50% through software.
One of its main advantages is its precise and reliable control with a display on the digital screen of all functions, production volume, energy consumption, fault codes, etc. Using a microprocessor, proper filling and drainage is regulated and the steam capacity is adjusted between 20 and 100%. Also, from the point of view of maintenance, operation and cost is simpler and cheaper in the case of the steam evaporator, since the adiabatic panel system requires emptying and cleaning of the water tank. In terms of performance, there is no doubt that the steam supply system offers many advantages related to control, visualization and programming and a disadvantage, a higher electricity consumption.
